1 stick butter or margarine
1 C brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 T cocoa
2 C flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 C nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar, add vanilla & egg, sift in dry ingredients. Add sour cream & mix well. Stir in nuts. drop from table spoon 2" apart on a greased cookie sheet, bake about 10 min at 350º
Remove from sheet -cool , frost with conf. sugar icing sprinkle with nuts if desired use vanilla or almond flavoring in icing if desired
