1 lb. small marshmallows
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped pecans
1 pint thick whipping cream
Juice of 1 lemon
3 eggs
3 TBS vinegar
1 TBS water
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Make a dressing of the eggs, water and vinegar. Cook in top of a double boiler until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and when cooled some, add salt.
Mix marshmallows, pineapple, pecans and dressing. Squeeze lemon juice over the top and let finish cooling in refrigerator.
