12 Egg Yolks
The Juice of 4 Oranges
2 c Sugar
2 1/2 Lbs Flour
12 oz Butter
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Directions:
Directions:
1 Cream Butter and Sugar in Mixer with paddle attachment
2 Sift the Flour and gradually add to creamed Butter
3 Once combined add egg yolks while beating to slowly incorporate
4 Speed up speed and add juice along with baking soda and powder to dough
5 Spoon out on to Sheet pan, slightly flattening cookies and top with extra sugar
6 Bake at 450 12 minutes
7 Let cool and serve
