1 lb. ground beef
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. water
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
2 15 oz. cans Italian stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then spoon off any extra grease. Sauté onion until translucent, then add water, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, Italian seasoning and soy sauce. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add macaroni and allow to simmer an additional 20 minutes.
