1 Cup Cooking Oil, 1 Cup White Sugar, 1 Cup Brown Sugar, 1 tsp Soda, Salt, Baking Powder and Vanilla, 2 Eggs, 2 Cups Flour, 1 Cup Nuts, 1 Can Coconut

Add Oats as Last Ingredient
2 Cups Oats

Preheat oven to 350º and bake until edges turn brown.

These will be the best oatmeal cookies EVER.....but you have to add the Oats after all other ingredients are in mixing bowl. This is a recipe you will want to double.
