1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
Filling
1/2 c. seedless raspberry jam
4 ounces cream cheese
2 T. milk
1 c. white chocolate chips, melted
Glaze
3/4 c. semisweet chocolate chips
2 T. shortening
Fresh raspberries (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and powdered sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press into a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake crust at 275 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until browned. Spread jam over warm crust. In small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add melted white chocolate chips. Beat until smooth. Spread carefully over jam layer. Cool completely. Chill until set, about one hour.
For glaze, melt semisweet chocolate chips and shortening. Spread over filling. Chill for 10 minutes. Cut into bars. Chill for another hour. Store bars in refrigerator. Makes 3 dozen bars. You can add a fresh raspberry or two on each bar to serve.
