1 large box lime jello
1 1/2 C water
1 C mini marshmellows
1 pint whipping cream
8oz softened cream cheese
1 TBS mayonnaise
1 TBS fresh lemon juice
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 C pecan chips

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 1 1/2 C boiling water. Add mini marshmellows, stir, refrigerate until thickened

Blend whipping cream, cream cheese, mayo and lemon juice with hand mixer until fairly smooth. Place in fridge

When jello is thickened, remove from fridge and mix with cream cheese mixture. Blend well.

Add crushed pineapple and pecan chips, stir into mix and put in fridge for several hours or overnight
