4 qt. jars, filled with thinly sliced cucumbers

Brining mix:
4 c. sugar
4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. salt
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. tumeric

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brining mix ingredients and divide equally into jars to cover the cucumbers.
Let stand in refrigerator at least 5 days before eating.

After 5 days, may add onions or peppers.

Keep tightly closed and refrigerated.
