1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg yolk, well beaten
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup flour
1 egg white, slightly beaten
Finely chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine and sugar. Add egg yolk and lemon juice. Beat well. Add flour and blend together. Shape dough into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Dip balls in slightly beaten egg white. Roll balls in finely chopped walnuts. Place on greased baking sheet. Make a fairly deep indentation in the center of each cookie. Bake in 350ºF oven for 5 minutes. Quickly indent the centers of the cookies again. Bake for another 10 to 12 minutes. Fill centers of hot cookies with brightly colored jelly or jam.
