2 Cups of sugar
1/2 Cup milk
1 Stick of Butter
1/4 Cups of unsweetened cocoa powder
3 Cups Old fashioned rolled oats
1 Cup of smooth peanut butter
1 TBS Vanilla extract
Pinch of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Line a cookie pan with wax paper or parchment paper. Bring the sugar, milk, butter and cocoa to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat. Add the oats, peanut butter, vanilla and salt and mix together. Drop teaspoons of the mixture on the prepared baking sheet and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes until they are cooled and hardened. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
