3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp water
12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3-4.6 oz bags of Andes Mint

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, brown sugar, water and chocolate ships. Let cool.
Add flour, baking soda and salt. Let chill in fridge for 1 hour
Roll dough into balls and bake at 350º for 11 minutes. Place 1 Andes mint on each cookie as soon as they come out of the oven. Mint will melt as your swirl with toothpick. Store in air tight container.
