1 cup butter ( 2 sticks ) softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Add to large mixing bowl and mix well then
ADD
4 ½ cups four
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
Mix well

Roll cookies into a ball about 1 inch in size
Place on greased cookie sheet. Then put some sugar in a bowl and get a glass dip the bottom of the glass in sugar and then onto the cookie to flatten them do this to each cookie
Then place in oven at 350 for 10 minutes ovens vary so watch closely edges should be slightly browned
