1 c. peanut butter (if possible Peter Pan Plus)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Mix and plop off of a teaspoon onto parchment papered cookie sheet. Dip fork into batter, then sugar and press down once. Bake at 350º for 10-11 minutes. Let sit a few seconds and cool on rack.
