1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Blend shortening and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add eggs one at a time and beat.
Add bananas, milk, flour, baking soda and salt. Mix lightly - DON'T over beat.
Prepare 3 small loaf pans - spray with PAM and line with wax paper.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Bake large loaf for 45 min to 1 hour.
