Juice of 1 lemon
1 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 T. cornstarch
1 c. miniature marshmallows
3 firm bananas
1 1/2 c. seeded red grapes, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lemon juice, juice from can of pineapple, egg yolks, sugar, water and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Cook until thickened, will thicken more in refrigerator. When completely chilled, add pineapple tidbits, sliced bananas and grapes sliced in half lengthwise. Stir in marshmallows just before serving.
