1 cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup margarine, softened
½ cup peanut butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup peanut butter chips or Reese pieces
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup salted peanuts


Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl combine sugars, shortening, peanut butter, eggs & vanilla.
Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
Add flour, baking soda & salt. Beat at low speed until dough forms.
Stir in chips & peanuts.
Drop by heaping teaspoon 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350ºF for 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown.
Cool completely before storing.
