1 c. butter, softened
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1/3 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cinnamon chips
3/4 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat butter and sugars together until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Combine flour and baking soda; add to butter mixture, beating well. Stir in oats, cinnamon chips and raisins (batter will be stiff). Drop by heaping teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Cool and remove to wire rack.
