60-62 light caramels
½ cup evaporated milk
1 package German chocolate cake mix
¾ cup butter, melted
1/3cup-evaporated milk
1 cup chopped nut (pecans are yummy)
1 cup semi- sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, combine caramels and ½ cup evaporated milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted. Set aside
Grease and flour a 9x13-baking pan. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients (except chocolate pieces) press half of the dough into pan: reserve the rest for topping. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips over crust. Then spread caramel mixture over chocolate pieces. Now crumble the dough over the caramel layer. Return to oven. Bake 18-20 minutes to set caramel.
