1/2c Oil
4 squares Unsweetened Chocolate (melted)
2c Sugar
4 Eggs
1/2tsp salt
2c flour
2Tbsp Baking Powder
1c Confectioners sugar sifted
2tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Oil, Chocolate and Sugar. Blend in one Egg at a time. Add Vanilla and mix well. Stir in Salt, Flour, Baking Powder. Chill several hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350º. Drop teaspoon of dough into sifted Confectioners Sugar and roll. Place on greased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes.
