1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
3 eggs lightly beaten
1 tablespoon coconut flavoring
3 cups Bisquick
3 cups Hungry Jack potato flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together but fold in potato flakes. Bake at 350 degrees 9-12 minutes (you want light brown edges), cool 5 minutes before moving from pan to cooling rack. Note: use parchment paper.
