1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
3 egg yolks
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
salt

Mix all ingredients together. Roll by hand into balls. Bake in 375 degree oven 8-10 minutes
