2 pkg. of yeast
1 cup water
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cups scaled milk
1/3 cup melted shorting or butter
3/4 cup sugar
3 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
10-11 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in 1 cup warm water, add 1 teaspoon sugar to yeast; add cooled luke warm milk; add melted butter, sugar, salt and eggs; beat well; mix flour in until soft ball forms. Let stand 10 minutes., kneed on floured surface; place in greased bowl, turning once to grease all surface. Cover and store in refrigerator. Take out 2 hours before time to cook. shape into size of rolls you want. Let rise 2 hours before baking. (Rise double in size) Bake at 425º for 15 - 20 minutes. Rub with melted butter and serve.
