Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c. flour
3 egg yolks
1 egg
2 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 c. water
2 drops yellow food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Make a well in the center of the flour. Add eggs and salt to the well, mix thoroughly. Mix in water one tablespoon at a time until dough is stiff but easy to roll.

Divide into 4 equal parts. Roll out each part very, very thin. Let dry in sheet until they can be layered together. Roll all sheets into a tube and cut at an angle not all the way across or your noodles will be very long.

Allow noodles to dry for several hours before storing - if they are being cooked immediately they do not have to be completely dried.
