1 cup grated zucchini
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 egg, beaten
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Combine zucchini, soda, sugar, margarine, add egg, combine dry ingredients, nuts and raisins. Add to zucchini mixture and drop by teaspoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes
