1 package of active dry yeast
1 cup warm water (105-115F)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp veg. oil
2 1/2 cups of all- purpose or whole wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rest about 5 minutes. Divide dough into two and pat into 11" circles. on a lightly greased cookie sheet with floured fingers. Precook for 5-10mins Spread pizza sauce over dough add cheese and toppings cook in 425ºF oven until cheese is light brown 10-15 mins more
