1 cup light brown sugar (dark ok, too)
1 cup sugar
1 cup melted butter (2 sticks)
2 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped, toasted pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Toast the pecans first so they'll be ready.
Mix the brown sugar, sugar, and oil together in a large bowl.
Add eggs and vanilla. Stir to combine.
Stir in oats and coconut.
Add salt, baking soda and flour.
Stir in pecans.
Drop by teaspoon-fulls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 13 minutes.
Let cool on the pan for 2 minutes before removing, then cool on a rack.
