Ingredients:  
1 Celery, Chopped
1/2 Small Onion, Chopped
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Can Cream Style Corn
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Crushed Saltines (about 20 crackers)
2/3 Cup Cubed Velveeta Cheese
2 Egg, Beaten
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350º for 45 - 55 minutes

1. In a small skillet, saute celery and onion in butter until tender
2. Transfer to a large bowl
3. Stir in the corn, milk, saltines, cheese, eggs and salt
4. Transfer to a grease 1 1/2 Qt baking pan.
5. Sprinkle with paprika
6. Cover and bake
