1/2 cup buttermilk
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
3 Tbl. flour
pinch salt
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º. Bake for another 45 minutes. Allow to cool for filling to set.
