1 1/2 cup quick oatmeal
1 stick melted margarine
1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cups granulated white sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of pecans
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, pinch of salt.
Add oatmeal and margarine.
Then, add nuts, egg and vanilla.
Drop on foil 1/2 teaspoon 2 inches apart. As they spread, let cool on foil before removing.
Bake at 350º for 8 to 10 minutes.
