1 Vanilla Supplement
1 Egg
1 Rice Cake
2 oz. 1% Cottage Cheese
1 Tsp. Almond Extract
2 pkg Splenda
9 Frozen Cherries (No Sugar Added)

COOKIES:

Mix eggs, extract. Keep beating then add supplement. Mix smooth. Add crushed Rice Cake. Drop onto sprayed cookie sheet. Bake for 10 min at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

In blender mix cottage cheese, Splenda and cherries until smooth. Once cookie cool, frost and refrigerate overnight
