1/4 cup of butter
1 cup of brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp of vanilla
1/2 cup of flour
1/2 tsp of salt
3/4 tsp of baking powder
1 cup of glazed fruit or dates

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a pot.

2. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla.

3. Measure flour, salt and baking powder and add it to pot.

4. Stir in fruit.

5. Put into 8 inch buttered pan.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
