1 cup of rice
2 cups water
2 tablespoons margarine
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 cups of boiled water with 2 cubes chicken bouillon
3/4 teaspoon salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon minced or grated garlic
1 tablespoon minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Soak rice in water for 20 minutes. Drain..
Saute rice in margarine with curry powder until rice sticks on bottom.
Stir in water with bouillon cubes and add rest of ingredients
Cover and cook without stirring for 15 minutes until water is absorbed.
