#1-- 4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

#2-- 2 c. unsalted butter (melted)
2 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar

#3-- 4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

#4-- 2 c. rolled oats
2 c. corn flakes
2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. pecan halves
1 c. shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Medium bowl- sift and mix #1.
Large bowl- use electric mixer and mix sugar into melted butter until creamy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Stir in flour mixture.
Add cereal, chocolate chips, pecans and coconut, and mix until well combined.
Use 1/3 cup scoop and bake for 20-25 minutes in 350 degree oven on buttered baking sheet.

The scoop makes huge cookies. I prefer much smaller cookies so I adjust the size accordingly.
