½ cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
½ cup shortening
1 cup Reese’s Creamy Peanut Butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl, beat butter, shortening, peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and eggs on medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.

Stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; add to butter mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
