1 pkg refrigerated Pie Crust
Colored sugar or candy sprinkles
Assorted holiday cookie cutters
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Remove pie crust from package. Carefully unroll it and place on a lightly floured surface. If there are any creases in the dough, roll gently with a rolling pin to remove them.
Cut into cookies using cutters. Any can be used, according to a specific holiday or occasion. Place cookies on an ungreased cookie sheet. Gather scraps of dough, press into a ball, reroll and cut into additional cookies.

Carefully, brush tops of the cookies with a few drops of milk. Decorate with colored sugar, sprinkles or other candies.

Bake until lightly brown, timing varies with thickness of the dough. Place on a wire rack to cool. Store in an airtight container.

Personal Notes:
Jay and Matthew made these for the first time for Thanksgiving a few years ago. Everyone enjoyed them! The pie crust is a great surface to deliver the varied sweets piled upon it. That's the best part!
