3 sticks unsalted butter, soft
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
2 cups cake flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 package toffee chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugars together until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and add to egg mixture. Stir in chips and nuts. Bake at 350º for 15 to 16 minutes.
