2 sticks butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 cup water
1 level tsp baking soda
2 cups plain flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk

Icing
1 stick butter
6 tbsp. sweet milk
1 box powdered sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp vanilla

Sheet Cake
Boil butter, cocoa & water; set aside. Mix dry ingredients; add eggs, buttermilk & soda. Pour chocolate mixture over batter & mix well. Bake 350º for about 25 minutes.

Icing
Mix all ingredients together except the powdered sugar. Bring to boil; remove from stove and add powdered sugar. Mix well. Spread on slightly cooled cake.
