4 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
2 cups celery, diced
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 tsp. onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. emon juice
1 tsp. salt
Topping:
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup almonds, roasted and chopped
1 1/2 up potato chips, crushed
Chinese noodle or rice to serve with chicken mixture(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cooked chicken, celery, hard cooled eggs, and chopped onion. Combine cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt Mix together the two mixtures and put in a buttered 8 inch x 10 inch baking pan.
Top with 1 cup grated cheese and 1/3 cup roasted chopped almonds. Let stand overnight or longer in the refrigerator to allow flavors to blend.
Top with 1 and ½ cups of crushed potato chips.
Bake 20-25 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
Serve over Chinese noodles, rice or nothing!
