2 1/4 sticks of butter
3 cups of sugar
6 eggs
1 zest lemon
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 8 ounce sour cream
3 cups flour
1/3 cup corn starch
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

Preheat 350 degree
Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Make sure the mixture is on low add eggs one at a time. Add one at a time and make sure each ingredients is well mixed before adding the other in add lemon zest, vanilla extract, and sour cream. Now in another bowl add flour, corn starch, salt, and baking soda. Sift the dry ingredients. Then on low speed slowly add the dry ingredients, and mix until it all combined. Pour it in a sheet pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
