12 cups bread cubes
1 c. oleo
3/4 c finely minced onion
1 1/2 c. diced celery
2 tsp. salt
dry sage to taste
poultry seasoning to taste
chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Melt oleo (margarine or butter) in skillet, add onion and cook until light. Stir in some of the bread cubes. Turn into deep dish, add celery, salt, sage, poultry seasoning to taste, moisten with broth as desired. (Will dry out as it bakes so make sure it is moist).

Bake for about an hour at 325º.
