1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. light brown sugar - packed
1/2 sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. oats - uncooked
1 c. dried apricots - chopped
3/4 c. dried cranberries
3/4 c. sweetened flaked coconut
3/4 c. slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and almond extract. Beat in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in oats and remaining ingredients. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake cookies 14 to 15 minutes or until tops are golden. Cool cookies on wire racks.
