1 pound ground beef
3 yellow squash, diced
1 small onion, diced
2 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain well. Salt and pepper it to your taste. Pre-boil squash about ten minutes and drain. Saute onion and pinch of sugar in butter until onions are almost caramelized. Combine squash and ground meat. Serve hot.
