• 2 sticks real butter (room temp. or softened)
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Spray 9x9 Pyrex dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, combine sifted flour and cocoa by stirring well. Set aside.
4. Using cake mixer on low-to-med. speed, cream butter, margarine and sugar.
5. Add eggs and mix.
6. Add flour and cocoa gradually until blended well.
7. Add vanilla and pecans and blend until smooth.
8. Pour into greased 9x9 Pyrex dish and place in pre-heated oven.
9. Bake on 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Set timer.
After 45 minutes, check to see if done by sticking a toothpick in center of brownies. If more time is needed, bake for 3-5 minutes more and check again.
Do Not over bake. This recipe is designed to produce chewy brownines. Be aware that after removing from the oven, the center will deflate creating a “pond” look, but does not affect the amazing, addicting taste.
Remove from oven and allow to cool in pan. Cut and Enjoy.

Personal Notes:
This is Travis's and Suzanne's favorite brownie recipe, which cannot be made too often.
