Makes 2 pies

5 or 6 slices of white bread with no crust - made into crumbs
1 1/2 lbs pork/beef - use more pork than beef
1/2 large onion, diced
free hand savoury, ground cloves and sage
4 pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat, cook until pink. Drain. Fry onions until tender. Add the meat, bread crumbs and seasoning to frying pan.

Place in thawed pie shells. Invert second shell and seal over edges. Flute edges and cut excess. Brush milk or eggs to brown. Put vent holes on top of pies.

Cook on baking sheet @ 350º for 30 minutes.

Reheat 250º - 275º until hot.
