1/2 cup butter
1 egg, separated
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup + 2 tbsp. flour
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar
Add egg yolk and beat
Add flour.
Form into small balls
Beat egg white slightly
Dip balls in egg whites and nuts.

Place on a greased baking sheet. Press centers with a finger.
Bake 350º for 8 minutes. Remove and press down centers again, return to oven and bake additional 10 min. Cool.
Fill cavity with red raspberry preserves
