2 Good Size Raw Potatoes
1 Med Onion
4 Slices Toasted White Bread
1 Tbsp. Butter (heaping)
Hot Water
Salt
Pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. Summer Savory
1/2 Tsp. Ground Cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Grate the potatoes and onion and set aside. Toast the white bread and put in a bowl. Put the heaping tbsp. of butter on the toast then pour hot water over the bread/butter until it is mushy but not a whole lot of water left. Dump the potato/onion mix into the bread add the spices and stir all together.
Put in a casserole dish bake at 350º until Potatoes are done.
