1 1/2 Cup. All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp. Cream of Tartar
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup. Unsalted Butter, room temp
1/2 Cup. Light Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup. White Sugar
1 Large Egg
1 Cup. Chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup Sugar
4 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt into bowl and set aside. Cream together butter, and sugars on medium speed for several minutes until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix until combined. Add the flour mixture, and mix on low speed just until combined. Cover dough and refrigerate for 30 min. Stir in chocolate chips.
Combine cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Roll tablespoon sized ball of dough in the cinnamon sugar and place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
177ºC (350ºF)
8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
