vanilla extract

Directions:

In a medium saucepan on low heat melt butter mix together sugar and cocoa powder in a separate mixing bowl until completely combined. Slowly add milk, raise heat to high and bring at a boil until syrup is no longer granulated or grainy. remove from heat. use caution, immediately pour in the vanilla extract cool moment combine w/dry oats. scoop out on a cookie sheet using a ice cream scoper.refrigerate it until set
