Yummy Cookies
½ cup oil 1 ½ cup self rising flour
1 cup sugar 1 teasp vanilla
2 eggs well beaten (save one egg white)
Topping: 1 egg white beaten until stiff, 1 cup brown sugar, ½ c nuts.
Directions:
Directions:
Crean oil, sugar, eggs. Add flour, vanilla. Mix well and pour into 9x13 greased pan. Beat egg white until stiff, fold in brown sugar, add nuts and spread over the top. Bake 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Cut into squares. Delicious!
