 2 sticks butter, soften
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 small pkg. instant Vanilla pudding mix (dry)
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 bag (about 2 cups) Chocolate Chips
 
Cream the butter, both sugars and egg together.  Add the dry ingredients and mix well.  Add the chocolate chips. 
 
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
